Chop Suey(Serves 100) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

15 lb. cubed beef
15 lb. cubed pork
10 lb. julienned cut onions
6 julienned cut peppers
4 bunches sliced celery
1 (No. 10) can sliced mushrooms (and juice)
2 (No. 10) cans chop suey vegetables, drained *
3 c. soy sauce
3 c. brown sugar
