Mint Chocolate Chip Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. butter or margarine, melted
1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can condensed milk
1 pkg. mint chocolate chips, melted
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
Combine margarine, crumbs and sugar. Press on bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan.
In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
Gradually beat in condensed milk until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake 1 hour and 5 minutes until cake springs back when lightly touched.
Cool to room temperature and chill thoroughly.
Garnish as desired and refrigerate leftovers.
