King Ranch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 4 lb.) fryer, stewed and boned; discard skin
    1 onion, chopped, then sauteed in margarine
    1 c. grated American cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/3 c. chicken broth
    1/2 can (or more) Ro-Tel (hot) tomatoes
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pkg. corn tortillas (tear)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except cheese and tortillas.
    Alternate ingredients in greased casserole with tortillas on bottom and \"wind\" up with cheese on top.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
