Orange Chiffon Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. vegetable oil
8 eggs, separated
1 c. orange juice (fresh or frozen)
3 Tbsp. artificial sweetener
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients into bowl.
Make a well in dry mixture; add oil, unbeaten egg yolks, orange juice and sweetener.
Beat with a spoon until smooth or with electric mixer for 1 minute at medium speed.
