Chocolate Fudge I - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
2 boxes powdered sugar
2 small cans Pet milk
1 jar marshmallow cream
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
1 c. nuts
1/4 stick margarine
Preparation

Melt chocolate in heavy saucepan over low heat.
Add powdered sugar and milk, stirring until dissolved.
Bring to a hard boil and when candy gets to a rolling boil, time for 20 minutes or 240\u00b0 on candy thermometer.
Take off heat and add butter, marshmallow cream and vanilla.
Beat and add nuts.
As it begins to harden, pour into a buttered pan.
Work fast or it will harden.
Let cool. Cut into squares before totally hard.
Store in airtight container.
