Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cold cooked rice
    2 eggs, beaten well
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. milk
    2 tsp. grated nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Mix milk, eggs and sugar and add rice.
    Mix well and add vanilla and nutmeg and mix lightly.
    Place in individual casserole dishes or larger casserole dish and bake at 400\u00b0 until brown on top.
    Serves about 6.
