Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots, cleaned and sliced into chunks
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 large green pepper, cut into strips
    1 can tomato soup
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook carrots in pressure cooker. Put all vegetables in a bowl. Combine tomato soup, oil, sugar, vinegar and spices in a pan. Bring to a boil; pour over vegetables. Store in refrigerator.
