Rita And Winnie'S Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked squash
    1 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 carrot, grated
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (8 oz.) bag Pepperidge Farm stuffing (herb)
Preparation
    Mash squash.
    Stir in onion, soup, sour cream and carrots. Add salt and pepper.
    Fold in 2/3 of stuffing mix.
    Sprinkle layer of stuffing mix in a buttered casserole.
    Add squash mixture. Sprinkle with stuffing mix and dot generously with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    This dish freezes well before and after baking.
