Swedish Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. butter, softened
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. almond extract
    2 eggs
    cinnamon sugar
    1/4 c. sliced almonds
Preparation
    Mix first six ingredients together thoroughly.
    Spread batter evenly in 8 x 8-inch pan.
    Sprinkle almonds and cinnamon sugar on top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Cut into squares when cool.
