Turkey And Pepper Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

1/3 c. water
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. cornstarch
4 c. chopped bok choy
1/2 medium green or sweet red pepper, cut into thin strips
1/4 c. finely chopped, seeded Anaheim chili pepper or 1 Tbsp. chopped, seeded jalapeno pepper
12 oz. cooked turkey breast, cut into bite size strips
1/4 c. sliced water chestnuts
2 c. hot cooked rice
nonstick spray coating
