Herbed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 to 3 lb.) broiler-fryer, halved
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground sage
    1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Place chicken in a shallow baking pan.
    Combine butter and seasonings, mixing well; brush on chicken.
    Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Yields 2 servings.
    May be doubled. Chicken breasts can be substituted.
