Lemon Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cake mix (lemon, orange or chocolate)
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1/3 c. oil
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mix cake mix, 1 egg and oil until crumbs.
    Save one cup for topping.
    Press the rest of mixture into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan and bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Mix together cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and 1 egg together.
    Pour over baked mixture.
    Sprinkle crumbs on top and bake 15 minutes longer at 350\u00b0.
    Cool and cut into bars.
    Best if set in the refrigerator a couple of hours before cutting.
    Can be made a day ahead of time.
