Summer Squash Haystacks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. summer squash (zucchini, patty pan, yellow or combination)
    1 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    1 clove garlic, pressed
    2 Tbsp. bottled teriyaki marinade and sauce
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Coarsely shred assorted summer squash.
    Melt butter in large skillet over medium-high heat.
    Add garlic and squash; saute until squash is tender (2 to 3 minutes).
    Add teriyaki sauce; toss to combine.
    Sprinkle grated cheese over all.
    Serves 6.
