Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 medium green peppers
1 lb. ground beef
2 cans stewed tomatoes
1 c. fresh bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
shredded cheese
Preparation

Remove seeds from pepper; parboil 10 minutes and drain.
Brown meat; drain.
Add 1 can tomatoes, bread crumbs and seasoning; mix well.
Stuff peppers with mixture.
Place in baking dish.
Blend cornstarch with second can of tomatoes.
Cook, stirring, until thickened.
Pour over peppers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until tender.
