Ingredients

2 egg whites
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
2/3 c. sugar
3/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation

Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until frothy.
Add vanilla and salt.
Slowly stir in sugar and chips.
Spoon onto greased cookie sheet in the shape of Hershey's Kisses.
Bake at 315\u00b0 for 20 minutes until golden brown.
Yield:
2 sheets.
