Mexican Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes, drained
    1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Brown (saute) ground beef.
    Add onion and garlic.
    Drain off all grease.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch casserole.
    Layer meat sauce, flour tortillas, 1 pint sour cream, 2 cups grated Mozzarella cheese and 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
    Repeat layers twice.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until hot and cheese melts.
