Banana Split Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. rolled graham crackers
3 sticks oleo
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
chopped nuts
1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 to 4 sliced bananas, sliced lengthwise
1 large container Cool Whip
maraschino cherries
Preparation

Mix graham crackers, 1/4 cup sugar and 1 stick of oleo, melted.
Make a crust in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Beat eggs, powdered sugar and rest of oleo for at least 15 minutes.
Spread on top of crust.
Cover with thin banana slices.
Add crushed pineapple; cover with whipped cream.
Garnish with nuts and cherries. Refrigerate at least 6 hours.
