Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. to 1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat
1 small onion
1 green pepper, chopped
1 can mushroom soup
1 small pkg. egg noodles
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. tomato juice
Preparation

Brown hamburger meat in skillet.
Chop onion and pepper.
Cook egg noodles and drain.
Mix onion, pepper, soup and juice.
Pour over egg noodles and meat.
Stir until well mixed.
Top with cheese and bake at approximately 350\u00b0 until cheese is bubbling hot and melted.
