Anna'S Broccoli Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 medium onion, chopped
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1 (10 oz.) box frozen broccoli, chopped and thawed
    6 oz. cottage cheese (low-fat)
    1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 400\u00b0, or until brown.
