Ingredients

2/3 bag Oreo cookies (reserve 1/4 c. of Oreos)
1/2 stick margarine
1 c. powdered sugar
2 small boxes vanilla instant pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
8 oz. cream cheese
12 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation

Put the crushed Oreo cookies on the bottom of a cake pan, then mix all the other ingredients together, then put it down over the Oreos, then put the rest of the Oreos on top.
