Funnel Cakes(Makes 12) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. milk
    4 c. flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    fat (to fry in)
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add milk.
    Sift dry ingredients together; add eggs and milk.
    Mix. Beat until smooth.
    Let stand.
    Heat 3 to 4-inches deep fat to 375\u00b0.
    Pour batter into pitcher; pour some through funnel and swirl until cake is 3-inches diameter.
    Fry until golden.
    Drain.
    Serve with syrup and honey for breakfast.
