Southern Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. white Karo
    2 c. brown sugar
    2/3 tsp. salt
    10 Tbsp. soft margarine
    2 tsp. vanilla
    6 eggs
    2 c. chopped pecans (reserve 1 c.)
Preparation
    Mix at medium speed syrup, sugar, salt, margarine and vanilla. Add slightly beaten eggs and mix well.
    Add 1 cup pecans to mixture.
    Put remaining cup of pecans on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
    Check several times as it may not take as long to bake.
