Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen Southern style hash browns
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 c. grated sharp cheese
    2 c. crushed corn flakes
    1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Slightly thaw potatoes.
    Combine with 1/2 cup butter, salt and pepper.
    Add cheese, soup, onion and sour cream; blend well.
    Top with corn flakes; drizzle with melted butter.
    Bake in a 9 x 13-inch dish at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Serves 12.
