Deviled Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crab meat
2 tsp. parsley
salt and pepper
1 egg
1/4 lb. margarine
1 egg
bread crumbs
4 to 5 slices bread
Preparation

Crumble bread slices.
Add 1/4 pound margarine.
Mix with crab mixture. Dip in egg mixture and bread crumbs.
Fry in hot oil to brown.
