Tuna Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pie crust mix for 1 (9-inch) pie crust
    butter or margarine
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 small green pepper, diced (optional)
    1 (6 1/2 to 7 oz.) can tuna, drained and coarsely flaked
    4 eggs
    1 c. half and half
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    About 1 1/2 hours before serving, prepare pie crust mix as label directs.
    Use to line a 9-inch pie plate.
    Spread crust with 1 tablespoon softened butter or margarine.
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0. In a 2-quart saucepan over medium heat, put 3 tablespoons hot butter or margarine; cook onion and pepper until tender, stirring occasionally.
    Remove pan from heat; stir in tuna.
    Spoon tuna mixture into prepared pie crust.
