Pan Grease - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. shortening
1/4 c. oil
1 c. flour

Preparation

Mix together. This is best stored in Tupperware on shelf. Use when making cakes. Makes a large amount. I usually make 1/2 the recipe. Keeps well.
