Chicken And Rice Hot Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. regular rice
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    8 pieces chicken (thighs and breasts)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 Tbsp. jam
Preparation
    Sprinkle rice
    in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Add chicken pieces.
    Mix
    together
    soups,
    milk,
    broth
    and jam and pour mixture over chicken.
    Sprinkle top with onion soup mix.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.\tServes 8.
