Saskatchewan(Sweet And Sour Spareribs) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. spareribs (pork)
1 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar
2/3 c. ketchup
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Cut ribs in serving pieces and brown well in a frying pan. Mix ingredients and boil over low heat, 10 to 15 minutes.
Pour over ribs and bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
