Margaret'S Gingerbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. molasses
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1 egg
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Mix molasses, brown sugar, Wesson oil and egg until smooth. Sift dry ingredients together and add to above.
    Add 1/2 cup boiling water and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes in a greased 8 x 8-inch pan.
    Sprinkle mixed cinnamon and sugar across top before baking.
