Spinach Stuffed Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed
    1 (16 oz.) Ricotta cheese
    10 shells manicotti (already cooked)
    1 (16 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. sliced onion
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. diced green pepper
    1/2 c. black olives
    pinch of oregano
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder or to taste
Preparation
    Drain spinach and mix in large bowl with Ricotta.
    Set aside. Combine spaghetti sauce, mushrooms, onion, black olives and green pepper in a medium saucepan.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Then add oregano and garlic; continue simmering.
    Stuff manicotti shells with spinach/Ricotta mixture.
