Wild Rice And Hamburger Hot Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 medium diced onion
    1 stalk celery, diced
    1 large carrot, diced
    1 small can mushrooms (with water)
    1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 c. mushroom soup
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
Preparation
    Brown the beef.
    Saute onion, celery and carrot in margarine. Add soy sauce, salt and pepper, then the cooked rice, mushrooms, water chestnuts and mushroom soup to the ground beef along with sauteed vegetables. Simmer all for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Put in a casserole. Add the cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
