Cinnamon Apple Mince Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. unsifted flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. apple juice
    1 1/3 c. (half 27 oz. jar) None Such ready to use mincemeat (regular or brandy and rum)
    1 c. finely chopped apples
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 egg
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Line 18 muffin cups with paper baking cups.
    In large bowl, combine all ingredients; stir only until all ingredients are blended.
    Spoon equal portions into prepared muffin tins.
    Bake 18 to 20 minutes.
    Cool 1 minute; remove from pan.
    Top with Apple Cinnamon Glaze.
    Serve warm.
    Store covered at room temperature.
