Mexican Buffet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    2 (10 oz.) cans enchilada sauce
    1 (7 oz.) can green salsa
    2 (No. 2 1/2) cans chili beans
    2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 diced onion
    Fritos
    tomatoes
    cheese
    lettuce
    sour cream
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with onion; drain off fat.
    Place in heavy pot and add tomato sauce, enchilada sauce, green chili salsa, chili beans and garlic salt.
    Cook slowly for about 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
    Place Fritos on plate with meat mixture over them. Add grated cheese, diced tomatoes, onions, shredded lettuce and sour cream.
