Butterscotch-Chocolate Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    3/4 c. butter
    3/4 c. Crisco (butter)
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. butterscotch chips
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1/2 c. nutmeats
Preparation
    Cream together sugars, butter, Crisco (butter flavor), vanilla and oil until creamy; add eggs and beat for 2 minutes.
    Add sifted flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt slowly.
    Mix in with chocolate chip and butterscotch chips, also nutmeats.
    Drop by teaspoon onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
