Greek Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
    4 eggs
    1 onion, chopped
    6 oz. cottage cheese
    1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
    1 stick butter or margarine
    3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Place in lightly
    buttered
    or
    oiled square baking pan and bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
