Salsa Fresca(Fresh Salsa) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large tomatoes
    1 medium onion
    1/2 bell pepper
    1 large lime
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 sprig celery
    1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    salt to taste
    1 small bag your favorite chips
    about 8 sprigs cilantro, chopped
Preparation
    Finely chop all vegetables.
    Squeeze juice of lime in a bowl and mix in Tabasco sauce, vinegar and salt. Stir and incorporate the vegetables.
    Let sit for 1 hour.
    Serve cool with your favorite chips.
