Pecan Candies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 bag (8 oz.) pecans
Preparation
    Beat egg white until stiff.
    Add brown sugar and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
    Dip pecans in butter.
    Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 250\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Turn off oven and leave in 30 more minutes.
