Barbecue Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless chicken
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 c. Kraft barbecue sauce
    1 c. water
    1 can whole corn
    1 small green pepper
    2 c. Minute rice
Preparation
    Brown chicken in hot oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Stir in barbecue sauce, water, corn and pepper.
    Bring to a boil. Reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer 5 minutes.
    Stir in rice.
    Cover and remove from heat.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
