Cajun Crabs And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. white or brown rice
    3 c. water
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 (28 oz.) can chopped tomatoes
    2 tsp. Cajun seasoning
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 bay leaves
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    1 lb. crab meat or imitation crab meat
    3/8 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook rice in 3 cups water until just tender.
    While rice is cooking, saute onion and green pepper.
    Add tomatoes with juice, Cajun seasoning, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, bay leaves and cloves.
    Bring mixture to a simmer, then reduce heat to low.
    Add crab meat.
