Sour Cream Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. yellow cornmeal
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    1/3 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. melted margarine (1/4 c.)
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Mix flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
    Beat egg, milk and margarine.
    Add egg mixture and sour cream to flour mixture.
    Stir until blended. Pour into greased 8-inch square pan for 20 to 25 minutes.
