Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
3 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. grated orange rind
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. grated carrots
1 c. crushed pineapple (10 oz. can; don't drain)
1 c. chopped nuts
1 can Angel Flake coconut
Preparation

Cream sugar, oil and eggs.
Add rest of the ingredients in order.
Bake in 3 loaf pans for about 30 minutes or tube pan for 1 1/2 hours.
Bake at 325\u00b0.
