Chicken Sansford - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 skinned chicken breasts
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 tsp. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. basil
    1 pkg. seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation
    Wash and dry chicken.
    Coat inside chicken first, with mayonnaise mixture, then sprinkle with seasoned bread crumbs. After you have done each piece, place chicken in greased Pyrex dish.
    Make a foil tent over them.
    Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    During last 20 minutes, remove tent and place about 3/4 cup hot water in pan for added juice.
