Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
2 egg whites
1/2 c. melted butter
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
3 bananas
1 large bowl Cool Whip
1/2 c. chopped pecans
maraschino cherries
Preparation

Mix cracker crumbs, 1 cup powdered sugar and 1/2 cup butter. Mix well and line pan.
Mix powdered sugar, egg whites and butter; mix 10 minutes and pour over crust.
Spread pineapple over that.
Spread bananas.
Cover with Cool Whip.
Sprinkle pecans over Cool Whip.
Place cherries on top.
Refrigerate before serving.
