Sausage-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 soup can water
Preparation
    Brown sausage, stirring to break into small pieces.
    Then drain off grease.
    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
    Spoon into a 3-quart casserole or in 2 small casseroles. Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours.
