Easy Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak
    1/2 c. onion, sliced
    1/4 c. butter
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 carton sour cream
    1/3 c. water
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    extra wide noodles
Preparation
    Cut round steak into bite-size pieces and brown in large skillet.
    In separate skillet cook onion in butter until limp. Combine both skillets and add mushroom soup, sour cream, water and paprika.
    Simmer about 1 hour until meat is tender.
    Serve on hot buttered noodles.
