Danish Red Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. red cabbage, shredded
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. currant jelly
1 c. vinegar (5% Hvedings Clear; at import store)
1 to 2 apples, peeled and sliced (may use plums or applesauce)
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in pan. Simmer until tender. Serve with roast pork or turkey. Serves 8.
