Hawaiian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. skinless and boneless chicken breast
    1 (8 oz.) can chunky pineapple
    4 to 5 sweet green Italian peppers
Preparation
    Cut chicken into 2-inch pieces; bread and fry.
    Cut chunky pineapple pieces in half.
    Cut up peppers.
    Add pineapple, peppers and 2 cups of water to chicken.
    Simmer until peppers are done. Thicken with cornstarch (2 to 3 tablespoons).
    Serve over rice.
