Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin (sugar-free)
    1 small carton cottage cheese (low-fat or fat-free)
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
    1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip (lite)
Preparation
    Place pineapple and oranges in colander; let drain (about 1 hour).
    Sprinkle gelatin over cottage cheese in a large mixing bowl.
    Mix well.
    Add drained fruit and mix well.
    Add whipped topping.
    Mix well.
    Refrigerate.
