Cashew Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. finely chopped celery
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (2 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk and mushroom liquid
    1 c. cashew nuts, chopped coarsely
    1 small can chow mein noodles
    1/2 tsp. Accent
Preparation
    Saute celery, onion and mushrooms in oil for a few minutes; do not brown.
    Add liquid to mushroom soup and stir smooth.
    Add this with the remaining ingredients to sauteed mixture.
    Combine.
    Bake casserole at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Mixture will thicken as it stands.
    Serves 6 to 8.
