Hot Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 medium onion
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 c. corn flakes* (can use potato chips instead of corn flakes)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except corn flakes.
    Mix well.
    Pour into buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Melt another 1/4 stick of margarine or butter and toss with 1 cup crushed corn flakes. Drizzle over top of dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until potatoes are done.
